Blutech competed in the 2022 Green Technology Competition and successfully won the championship in the finals!

Blutech participated in the 2022 Green Technology Startup Competition, a six-month-long competition that required teams to implement verification plans and deploy solutions in collaboration with the challenging companies. After progressing through the preliminary rounds, semifinals, and three rounds of presentations, Blutech emerged as one of the final 10 winners out of 124 teams. The challenge sponsor, ASE Semiconductor, was also selected from 21 clients, highlighting the forward-thinking nature of the collaboration between ASE and Blutech. The success of this partnership indicates that the product itself meets high market demand, allowing it to stand out among numerous competitors.

Blutech won the Excellence Award in the ASE Semiconductor Group.

Chen Wenfeng, co-founder and Marketing Director of Blutech, stated that ASE’s challenge was focused on smart regulation of regional power grids. Achieving this goal would have been impossible without superior wireless transmission technology. Blutech’s renowned NeVerLoSs® LoRa patent technology performed exceptionally well in the PoC (Proof of Concept) tests, which greatly increased the client’s confidence. This was a key factor in winning the finals.

Guo Han, Business Director of Blutech, pointed out, “The final evaluation was not solely based on the technical aspects of the product but also considered industry perspectives. This included whether the product met current market demands, the stability, maturity, global applicability, and international expansion potential of the solution. Whether the sponsor would engage in large-scale deployment was also an important selection criterion. We scored high in all areas, which enabled us to win in such a competitive environment.”

“The future of power supply is not about reducing usage, but rather about using technology to optimize scheduling, meeting the needs and balancing both public and industrial demands,” said Lin Zaili, Chairman of Blutech. “Our technology and solutions provide energy-intensive users with a remote wireless and barrier-free data collection, management, and application solution, enabling energy management, carbon footprint tracking, and carbon auditing projects to achieve the goals of energy conservation and carbon reduction.”

Blutech would like to express special thanks to the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Small and Medium Enterprise Administration for the one million NTD prize, which supports the development of startup green technology companies, and to ASE Group for their proactive efforts in energy conservation and carbon reduction. Together, we are doing our part to combat global greenhouse effects and accelerate the realization of a net-zero carbon future.
